These Terms of Service govern your use of the Midway Limo Service website and our chauffeured transportation services. By accessing our site or booking a ride, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Midway Limo Service provides chauffeured ground transportation, including airport transfers to and from Chicago Midway International Airport, point-to-point rides, hourly charters and long-distance trips across the Midwest, using a fleet of luxury SUVs, vans, a stretch limousine and a coach bus.

Reservations and Booking

Reservations may be made through our website or booking system. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including pickup and drop-off details, timing, passenger count and flight information where applicable. Your reservation is confirmed once you receive booking confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

Starting rates are shown before taxes and gratuity. Applicable taxes and gratuity are added at the time of booking, and any additional tip for your chauffeur is optional. We use flat and hourly rates rather than a meter. Quoted rates are based on the trip details you provide, and changes to the trip may affect the final price.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Specific change and cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking. Trips that differ materially from the original reservation may be subject to an adjusted rate.

Flight Tracking and Wait Time

For airport pickups where you provide a flight number, we track your flight and adjust the pickup for delays or early arrivals. Reasonable wait time is provided as described at booking. Extended waits or significant changes to the itinerary may affect the fare.

Passenger Conduct and Safety

For everyone's safety, passengers must follow the chauffeur's reasonable instructions, use seat belts as required, and not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. Illegal activity is not permitted. Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to a vehicle beyond normal use.

Luggage and Personal Items

Please keep track of your belongings. While we take care with your luggage, Midway Limo Service is not responsible for items lost, left behind or damaged, except as required by law.

Service Availability and Delays

We make every effort to provide on-time service, but we are not liable for delays or missed connections caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues or events constituting force majeure.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midway Limo Service is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip.

Third-Party Services

Booking, payment and certain other functions may be provided through third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or content.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Midway Limo Service or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.
