Booking a Ride
How do I book a ride?
Book online. Pick your vehicle, add your trip details and confirm. It takes a few minutes.
What do I need to book?
Your pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time, and how many people are riding. For airport trips, add your flight number. Also tell us about bags and any extra stops.
How far ahead should I book?
Any time works, but book early for early flights, big events, conventions and game-day weekends. Those are our busiest times.
Can I add extra stops?
Yes. Add each stop to your booking, such as a hotel, an office or a quick stop on the way. We price the trip with the stops included.
What happens after I book?
You get a confirmation and your driver's details before the trip. On the day, your driver arrives on time.

Airport Pickups and Flight Tracking
Do you track my flight?
Yes. We track the flight for every airport pickup. Just add your flight number when you book.
Where do I find my driver at Midway?
You pick when you book. Curbside means your driver meets you at the arrivals curb. Meet and greet means your driver waits at baggage claim with a name sign and helps with your bags.
What if my flight is late or early?
Your driver changes the pickup time to match your real landing time. You do not need to rebook, and you are not left waiting.
How early should you pick me up for a flight out?
We set the time with you when you book, based on your flight and the traffic on your route. You reach Midway with plenty of time.
Can you take me between Midway and O'Hare?
Yes. Rides between Midway and O'Hare are $99 flat, and we track flights at both airports.
Pricing
Prices and Payment
How much does car service cost?
From $99 for an SUV ride to or from Midway. Hourly service starts at $95 per hour in the Ford Expedition. Long trips start at $189 flat, for Lake Geneva and New Buffalo.
Do you use a meter?
No. We use flat and hourly rates. Traffic never changes your price, and there are no surprises at the end of the ride.
What is included in the price?
The rates you see are before taxes and gratuity. We add both when you book, so your total shows before you confirm. Any extra tip for your driver is your choice.
Is the flat rate the same both ways?
Yes. Flat rates are the same in either direction, so you can book both ways at the same rate.
Do prices change for big events?
Yes. Rates go up on major event dates, when demand is very high. On World Series game days, rides from Midway to Milwaukee are $400 flat in an SUV. You always see your exact price before you book.
How do I get an exact price?
Enter your trip in the online booking form to see your rate. For a custom trip, send the details through the online form on our contact page and we confirm the rate.
Vehicles
Our Fleet
What vehicles do you have?
Our 2026 to 2027 fleet has the Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition SUVs. We also have a Mercedes Sprinter van, a stretch limousine and a coach bus for big groups.
How many people can ride?
Up to 14 in the Sprinter van. The stretch limousine seats up to 10, the Navigator and Expedition seat up to 7, and the Escalade seats up to 6. Bigger groups take a coach bus.
What should a family with lots of bags book?
An SUV. The Escalade, Navigator and Expedition all have room for bags, and the Expedition is our lowest priced SUV.

Where We Drive
What areas do you serve?
All of Chicago and the south, southwest and west suburbs, with Midway as our home base. We also drive long trips to nearby states. See our service areas page for the full list.
Is Midway the closer airport for the south suburbs?
Usually, yes. From the South Side and the south and southwest suburbs, Midway is a shorter drive than O'Hare. A shorter drive also means a lower flat rate.
Do you drive outside Illinois?
Yes. We drive to Milwaukee and Lake Geneva in Wisconsin, Notre Dame and Indianapolis in Indiana, and New Buffalo in Michigan. Each trip has a flat rate.
Do you pick up at my address?
Yes. We pick up and drop off at your exact address anywhere in our service area. Not sure if we cover your area? Ask through the online form on our contact page and we will confirm.
How long is the drive from my suburb to Midway?
It depends on your town and the time of day. The south and southwest suburbs are usually a short drive. Your town's own page shows its usual drive time.
Groups
Groups and Special Events
Can you drive groups?
Yes. For up to 14 people, the Mercedes Sprinter van is the best pick. For bigger groups, business teams and events, we use a coach bus.
Do you drive for weddings and proms?
Yes. The stretch limousine seats up to 10 and suits weddings and proms. A bigger wedding party fits in the Sprinter van.
Can you pick up my group at different addresses?
Yes. Add each pickup address when you book. We plan the order so the whole group gets to the event together.
Do you drive for conventions and business events?
Yes. We drive business groups and convention guests. Rides from Midway to McCormick Place are $99 flat by SUV.
Can I book you for a special occasion?
Yes. We drive for big birthdays and nights out all across Chicagoland. The stretch limousine is a good pick for these.
