Booking and Reservations
How do I book a ride?
Reserve online in a few minutes. Choose your vehicle, enter your pickup, drop-off, date, time and any flight details, and confirm. You receive your booking details before the trip.
What information do I need to book?
Your pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, and a flight number for airport trips. Let us know about luggage and any extra stops.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book anytime, but reserving ahead is wise for early flights, big events, conventions and game-day weekends, when demand is highest.
Can I add extra stops?
Yes. Add any additional stops, such as a hotel or a second pickup, when you book, and we plan the route and quote accordingly.
What happens after I reserve?
You receive your booking confirmation and chauffeur details before your trip, and on the day your chauffeur arrives on schedule, tracking your flight if you provided one.

Airport Pickups and Flight Tracking
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Every airport pickup is flight tracked. Your chauffeur monitors your flight in real time and adjusts for delays or early arrivals, so you are never left waiting.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at Midway?
You can choose curbside pickup or a meet and greet at baggage claim, where your chauffeur waits with a name sign and helps with your luggage.
What if my flight is delayed or early?
Because we track your flight, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup automatically. There is no need to call or rebook.
How early should I be picked up for a departure?
For domestic departures we typically plan pickup with enough time to reach Midway comfortably before your flight, accounting for traffic. We advise on timing when you book.
Do you serve both curbside and inside the terminal?
Yes. Curbside pickup is quick and convenient, while meet and greet brings your chauffeur inside to baggage claim. Choose whichever you prefer.
Can you take me between Midway and O'Hare?
Yes. We run cross-town airport transfers between Midway and O'Hare, with flight tracking at both airports.

Pricing and Payment
How much does car service cost?
Airport transfers start from $99 by SUV, hourly charters from $95 per hour, and long-distance flat rates from $189. Taxes and gratuity are added at booking.
Do you charge by the meter?
No. We use flat and hourly rates, so traffic never changes your fare and there is no surprise at the end of the trip.
What is included in the price?
Starting rates are shown before taxes and gratuity, which are added at booking. Any additional tip for your chauffeur is optional.
Do flat rates apply both directions?
Yes. Flat route and transfer rates apply in either direction, so you can book both legs at the same rate.
How do I get an exact quote?

Our Fleet
What vehicles are in your fleet?
Our 2025 to 2026 fleet includes the Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition SUVs, a Mercedes Sprinter van, a stretch limousine and a coach bus for larger groups.
How many passengers can you carry?
Our SUVs seat up to six or seven, the Sprinter van up to 14, and the stretch limousine up to 10. A coach bus is available for larger parties.
Which vehicle is best for a family with luggage?
A luxury SUV such as the Escalade, Navigator or Expedition offers a strong balance of seats and cargo room for families flying with luggage.
Can you carry a large group in one vehicle?
Yes. The Mercedes Sprinter van keeps up to 14 together with luggage, and a coach bus handles even larger groups.
Do you have vehicles for weddings and events?
Yes. The stretch limousine is our classic choice for weddings, proms and celebrations, and the Sprinter van suits wedding parties and groups.

What areas do you serve?
Chicago and the south, southwest and west suburbs, plus long-distance destinations across the Midwest, including Milwaukee, Notre Dame, Indianapolis, Lake Geneva and New Buffalo.
Is Midway closer than O'Hare for the south suburbs?
For the South Side and the south and southwest suburbs, Midway is usually the closer, faster airport, meaning shorter trips and lower flat rates.
Do you travel outside Illinois?
Yes. We provide long-distance chauffeured service to Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan destinations across the Midwest.
Do you serve my exact address?
We pick up and drop off at your exact address across our service area. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, reach out and we will confirm.
How long is the trip from the suburbs to Midway?
It varies by suburb, but the south and southwest suburbs are typically a short drive to Midway. Share your address for an accurate estimate.

Can you handle group transportation?
Yes. The Mercedes Sprinter van seats up to 14 with luggage, and a coach bus is available for larger groups, corporate teams and events.
Do you serve weddings and proms?
Yes. Our stretch limousine is a classic choice for weddings, proms and celebrations, and we also carry wedding parties in the Sprinter van.
Can you coordinate multiple pickups for a group?
Yes. For group departures we can arrange multiple pickups so your whole party arrives together. Add the details when you book.
Do you serve conventions and corporate events?
Yes. We provide corporate and convention transfers, including to McCormick Place, with vehicles sized for teams and equipment.
